Morning workouts can be tough. We've all got a thousand things to do before before we get out the door. But fitting in a morning sweat can be so beneficial. It will help you build lasting energy, enough to last all day long. It will also jump start your body and burn more calories all day long.
But getting into the habit for am workouts can be tough. Here are a few ways to get you motivated and moving.
1) Let the sun wake you up. Leave the curtains open. That sunlight might be just what your body needs to get moving.
2) Keep your pre-worout locked and loaded. Having it on your nightstand, ready to go will not only save you time, but just try to stay in bed after drinking it.
3)Bring a friend. Make plans, be accountable to someone else. It's a lot harder to skip the gym when you know someone else is expecting you.
4) Have your workout clothes set out the night before. Bonus points if they are cute, like this tank:
5) Have breakfast ready to go, as well. Try this yummy, protein packed recipe for overnight oats: http://amyshealthybaking.com/blog/2015/07/21/blueberry-pie-protein-overnight-oats/
or try one of these super easy overnight smoothies: http://www.buzzfeed.com/nataliebrown/frozen-smoothies-are-the-easiest-way-to-eat-a-healthy-breakf?crlt.pid=camp.MwTuiInBlVIt#.fs1z5vK8k
Try it for a week. I promise you'll love it and after you get into the rhythm, you'll never now how you waited all day to break a sweat.
